Shipping & Return

Qwik Serve return policy allows for returns within 90 days of purchase or receipt for most items, but some electronics have shorter return windows. You can initiate returns online or in-store, and refunds are typically issued to the original method of payment. 

Initiating an Online Return:

  1. Start the Return: Go to your Qwik Serve Purchase History and select "Start a Return" for the item.
  2. Choose Items and Reason: Select the items you want to return and specify the reason for the return.
  3. Select Refund or Replacement: Choose whether you want a refund or a replacement.
  4. Select Return Method: Choose the return shipping method (e.g., mail, drop-off).
  5. Print Label: Print the return shipping label provided.
  6. Ship the Item: Attach the label and ship the item back to Qwik Serve 

In-Store Returns:

  1. 1. Locate Store:

    Find the nearest Qwik Serve store using the store locator on the Qwik Serve website.

  2. 2. Bring Item and Receipt:

    Take the item and your receipt (or order details) to the customer service desk.

  3. 3. Follow Associate Instructions:

    Follow the instructions of the Qwik Serve associate for processing the return. 

Refunds:

  • Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, PayPal).
  • Refund processing times can vary, but they are generally up to 10 business days for credit/debit cards and up to 30 business days for some payment methods, according to Qwik Serve.
  • If the original card is not available, the refund may be issued on a Qwik Serve gift card, according to Qwik Serve
